SMB medical billing has allowed our practice to focus more on patient care and less on the huge job of billing and tracking payments. SMB has a very good collection percentage and I don’t need to worry about if claims are getting paid. The customer service is top notch, I can just pick up the phone and our dedicated biller is always available to answer questions. I wouldn’t run my practice any other way.
